OHNS Steel Products

OHNS steel products include round bar, flat bar, square bar and sheets. These are used to create tools, dies and machine parts that need to be highly wear-resistant, tough and dimensionally stable. High quantities of carbon, chromium, and other alloying elements like molybdenum and vanadium are often found in OHNS steel, which enhances its mechanical qualities. The traditional method for producing OHNS steel products is known as hot rolling, which entails heating the steel to a high temperature before running it through a number of rollers to give it the necessary shape. To lessen internal stress and prevent warping or cracking, the steel is allowed to slowly cool to room temperature.
