Hot Die Steel Products

Hot die steel products are made specifically for use in hot working processes like forging, extrusion, and die casting. Due to the high temperatures involved in these applications, the steel may experience significant thermal stress and deformation. Most alloyed steels with high amounts of carbon, chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium, among other elements, are used to create hot die steel products. The strength, hardness, and resistance to wear and deformation at high temperatures of the steel are all improved by these alloys. The procedure of hot rolling or hot forging is used to make the bars & sheets.
